“Maaal” learned from private sources that Ajlan & Bros Group purchased land in the Eastern Province with an area of about 14 million square meters, with a value of 2.8 billion riyals. According to available information, the price of a raw meter was 200 riyals. The land is located in a distinguished location near the Ajyal plan of Aramco, and is located in the middle between the cities of Al-Khobar and Dhahran and also close to Dammam (the capital of the Eastern Province and its most prominent city).

According to the information obtained by “Maaal”, it is expected that more than 1.7 billion riyals will be pumped into developing the land. Preliminary information indicates that residential cities, commercial and health activities are scheduled to be built thereon, in addition to green spaces that keep pace with the requirements of the goals of increasing the quality of life and fulfilling the desires of the land target customers.
